Movements is an independent fitness studio based in Market Harborough, offering group fitness classes and one-to-one personal training in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Our aim is simple: to help people move their bodies in a way that makes them feel great. At Movements, we believe exercise should feel positive, enjoyable and empowering – never like a chore.
Whether you’re completely new to exercise, returning after time away, or simply looking for a place where you feel comfortable and supported, Movements is a space where everyone is welcome.

Meet Danni
Movements was founded by Danni, a Level 4 Personal Trainer and experienced Group Exercise Instructor with a passion for helping people build confidence through movement.
After many years working in the corporate world, Danni created Movements to provide a space where fitness feels accessible, supportive and empowering rather than intimidating.
Alongside the studio, Danni also offers specialist movement services including rehabilitation-focused coaching, movement education and workplace wellbeing workshops, which are delivered separately depending on individual or organisational needs.

If you’re new to Movements, our introductory free class is a great place to begin. You can also choose our 3-class pass or our 1 Month Unlimited Class Pass.
