By registering, booking, purchasing a membership or drop-in session, or participating in any class or activity with Movements Group Limited (trading as Movements) ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "your") agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership and Access
Access to our services requires an active membership, class pass, class pack, or drop-in purchase.
Memberships, passes and credits are non-transferable and must be used by the registered member only.
You are responsible for keeping your profile, contact details, and payment information up to date.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
All classes must be booked in advance using our app (Glowfox) or another approved method.
You must cancel your booking at least 6 hours before class start time to avoid penalty.
If you cancel less than 6 hours before or fail to attend, a £5 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged.
Members with 3 or more no-shows/late cancels in a 14-day period may face temporary booking suspension.
This policy ensures fairness and makes spaces available to others.
3. Late Arrival Policy
You must arrive before the scheduled class start time. Late entry is not permitted once class begins.
Arriving late will be treated as a no-show, and the £5 fee will apply.
This policy is in place for safety and to avoid disrupting other participants.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Credits
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We do not issue refunds for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
In exceptional cases (e.g. illness, injury), account credit may be issued at our discretion, with supporting documentation. Credit typically expires after 3–6 months.
Merchandise may be exchanged or credited if returned unworn, unused, and in original condition within 14 days.
5. Fixed-Term Memberships
The monthly 12-month contract and annual memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable during the contracted period, unless required by law (e.g. medical incapacity or relocation).
Early cancellation may result in:
Payment of the remaining contract balance, or
A cancellation fee, at our discretion.
Rolling monthly memberships may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
6. Health and Safety
You confirm that you are in good physical health and fit to exercise.
You must notify staff of any medical condition, illness, or injury before participating.
You agree to follow all safety instructions and stop any activity that causes discomfort.
7. Studio Conduct
Respect for staff, fellow members, and the studio space is expected at all times.
Unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct may lead to suspension or termination of membership or access.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
8. Class Schedule & Waitlists
Class schedules, instructors, and formats may change at any time.
We may cancel classes for operational reasons (e.g. low attendance, illness, or emergencies).
If a class is full, you may join a waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available.
9. Cooling-Off Period (Online Sign-Ups)
If you sign up online, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund, provided you have not used any part of the service (e.g. booked or attended a class).
If you begin using the service within the 14-day window, the right to a refund is forfeited.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for disruptions or service cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, public health orders, power outages, or staff illness.
11. Membership Freeze
