PureStretch is a low-impact workout designed to help you move better, feel stronger and release everyday tension. Combining stretching, mobility and core work, it improves flexibility, posture and strength without the intensity of a traditional fitness class.

Created by fitness expert Ciaran Organ, PureStretch blends elements of yoga and Pilates in a simple, easy-to-follow format — but without the spiritual side or complicated poses. It’s light-hearted, welcoming and suitable for all fitness levels.

Expect gentle stretching, core strengthening and feel-good movement that leaves you feeling looser, taller and more energised. Ideal for reducing stiffness, easing aches, supporting recovery and bringing balance to your fitness routine.

Fun, effective and surprisingly addictive.

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION

Take time to slow down and truly unwind with this gentle, restorative yoga class. Using supportive props — straps, two blankets, and blocks (all provided) — you’ll relax into comfortable, mostly passive stretches held for 2 to 5 minutes, with gentle movement sprinkled inbetween. These longer holds help activate your body’s “rest and digest” response, easing stress and tension while calming the mind.

Layers are recommended, as your body temperature can drop during deep relaxation — think warm and comfy! Pajamas as your first layer are ideal, so when you get home you can stay cozy and continue to chill. You’re also welcome to bring extra comforts like a pillow, eye mask, or additional blankets to make your experience even more soothing.

YOGA NIDRA

Leave feeling calm, restored, and deeply relaxed with this soothing Yoga Nidra class. Using guided meditation, breathwork, and body awareness, this practice encourages deep rest for both mind and body.
