The Itty Bitty Sh**ty Committee is made up of fear, perfectionism, comparison, and doubt — all dressed up as “helpful” self-protection. But more often than not, it holds you back from growth.

Start paying attention to your thoughts. What’s the tone? When is the Committee loudest?

When your thoughts spiral, pause. Ask: “Is this helpful? What would my Inner Skipper say?”

Move Through It
